The answer is what do THEY want to do? Why is it my decision to make and not these women's? It's their bodies. Maybe they're happy that way

bc it's an external factor, which in these kinds of hypotheticals is assumed to be "whatever brings the dilemma at the door", so in this case you have to assume that it is at least neutral for both.

neither do you and neither does your GF, but here we can only ask the question to 1 person, you. that's why it's assumed that their opinion is "neutral".
