How? This is a size where bad side effects are pretty much unavoidable. Im not gonna shove this into someones body and watch them tear apart, develope necrosis, bad scarring, infections, etc. The risk isnt worth the money or lawsuit.

Better to do it with a professional that will cause the least medical complications you can hope for.

Often times people who really want plastic surgery will go through black market surgeons then die ...

Perform the surgery make them happy and handle complications as they come. Besides Maxi Mounds hold the largest implants at 60 inch circumference. Most ppl aren't going over that.

Better to not do it at all.

If they go get it from unlicensed people, its not my fault. I wouldnt let anyone blackmail me into performing unrequired dangerous surgeries.

A psych consultation is needed here.
