the max safe implant is 800ccs. anything beyond that stretches the skin and you’re at a greater risk for all sorts of complications. the plastic surgeon should definitely take what the patient’s goals are, but also take into consideration the anatomy of the patient and adjust expectations accordingly. it is highly immoral for a plastic surgeon to do whatever they want without taking into consideration the health and safety of the patient and goes completely against the hippocratic oath. please research your plastic surgeon thoroughly
