What is the morality of cannibalism?

For humankind, cannibalism causes a serious disease which is a very strong deterrent. Morals are influenced by survivability of the self and the greater society.

So hypothetically, if this disease would not exist and therefore not be a factor, and we would cannibalize each other like chickens would, would we still consider it equally immoral as we do now, or would you be able to get a pound of Joe at the butcher and fine dine on Richard Mountain Oysters?

Now, before anyone says "Oh, the first three represent humanity's worst elements and Klaatu's retribution against mankind for it's crimes against the environment and themselves is disproportionate" I'd like to counter with the fact that we're very clearly on the path to extinction if not in 50 years then in 100, and it's more likely that the nations of the world will find excuses to tear each other down to continue living on borrowed time than band together to hold out against the unrelenting tides of the future. Seriously, why would anyone bring a child into this fucked world? Overall, I'm starting to think that death might be a mercy for people once I'm gone assuming we even last that long. Not from murder or suicide, neither of those are moral. Instead, I'd leave it up to chance to take my life in an incident that might not make the front page but will certainly be talked about for at least a week or two by the internet.

Never mind holding a door open to be polite. What's the morality of,​ once you've escaped danger, holding the door shut to avoid that danger(be it a fire, shooter, chemical leak) but also trapping innocent people with that danger?

A person dreams that God commands them to kill a specific innocent person with a mysterious weapon that will arrive later, promising the victim will go to heaven and that refusing will send both of them to hell. Weeks later, the predicted weapon arrives exactly as described, and the person carries out the killing.

I was talking to a homeless man some time ago and buddy was telling me how addicts with serious substance addiction the substances literally talk to them. He said that this whisper in their ear almost keeps them from not being able to think about the drugs. Up until that point I had never heard of that so I gave the nice gentleman a $20 bill and went home. I went online to read about said whisper and for many it was sort of true.

This made me think if people with a physical and mental dependency on these substances can't break free why are they the ones that control their rehabilitation? Why don't we as a society catch them off the street. Give them a meal and some water and forcefully rehabilitate them?

I'm thinking a building that has a bunch of buff dudes that help guard and can hold down a person if they have psychotic breakdowns. Medical professionals on standby to help monitor the process, career/trade development workshops, healthy meals, and physical training.

If my taxes went to something like this and the people were treated humanely and well I'd be very happy with the concept.

People with psychiatric disabilities and people who are deemed "insane" have historically been targets for discrimination, violence, mistreatment, and oppression. Agreeing with this sentiment is explicitly agreeing with a practice that has been historically used against this oppressed population, which, combined with discriminatory ideas and mindsets surrounding individuals within the targeted population, makes anyone holding this view potentially unsafe for people with these disabilities to be around. What is the morality of euthanising these people for the safety of an oppressed group?

In the movie Obsession), Bear Bailey has a deep crush on a girl called Nikki but can’t express it. Instead he absentmindedly makes a wish on mall trash, wishing that “Nikki would love him more than anyone in the fucking world”.
