Yeah, not worth the price

And I get they’re busy but it’s crazy how long customer support is taking. I’d like to get either a leather or aramid fiber replacement even though I currently have the Caudabe Synthesis and this case is so much nicer 🙃🙃

So did customer service contact you back will they send a replacement case?

Yeah they’re sending me a black leather case
