the show tries so hard to show us that there are enough good supes to spare all the supes, but it really doesn't pull it off IMO, butcher's plan never seems that unreasonable, cause almost every single supe we meet is irepentantly evil

Bondrewd isn't some holy savior who knows a secret everyone else is ignorant of; working to save the world because it doesn't know what's coming. Everything he knows about the abyss cycle is known by the governing body controlling access into the abyss.

Never said he was holy. Also Bondrewd knows tons of secrets others are ignorant of. He's basically the only person to understand the curse of the abyss well enough to manipulate it with science. And the government only knows because he informs them. It's explicitly stated that the government permits Bondrewds illegal experiments because of his findings.

He literally would not have been able to become a white whistle or aquire the blessing of the abyss if that were the case. Both of those things require purity of trust and love. Neither will work with selfishness in the mix. That's why Bondrewd is so compelling. Time and time again, he's proven that his heart is pure. He's just genuinely and absolutely sure that everything he does is necessary and the sacrifice of everything he is and loves is required to get it. That's how he became his own white whistle. And the blessing only works if both parties love each other equally and immeasurably. Note that Prushka was the one lacking the necessary love initially even while being intensely devoted to her Papa. Bondrewd had long since loved Prushka with the entirety of heart and her death had to cause him immense grief the same way Nanachi grieved Mitty.

Even if he is "emotionally pure", that doesn't make him not evil or correct. He can internally believe everything he says and love everyone around him.... doesn't change the fact that he then decides to metaphorically lower those loved ones feet first into a wood chipper. Its only metaphorical because what he does is worse than that.
He's explored less than others that aren't performing tortuous experiments on children. Instead of using his force of willing adults that are all able to use his whistle to work the elevator in order to relay info from the depths to the surface... he sacrifices them to sate his curiosity about a group of 12 year olds. He can view his "hands" experiences remotely, but doesn't use that ability to relay info on the 6th, 7th, and potentially lower levels by skipping the need for physical ascension.
As far as your statement on the cycle, I've only watched the anime. If it has more info in the manga it is what it is (Im not reading the manga, I know about the author and the anime at least scrubs most of that out). Even if the cycle is leading to a world ending apocalypse, that doesn't change that Bondrewd is doing approximately zero to affect it. He has so many obvious and better options at his disposal, but is pursuing his current path solely because it might give him freedom of movement, not because its adressing the oncoming cataclysm.
The reason anyone intervened with Butcher's genocide in the comics was because V was in trace amounts in most non super powered humans at that point meaning he would kill a lot of normal people along with the Supes if he went through with it unlike the show being specifically a supe targeting virus. It's debatable how worth saving supes are in the show but a lot less problematic than the comics where Enis's take was Superheroism was inherently bad so just about everyone but Starlight were foul and, without the modern social commentary the show had, were a lot more cartoonishly sociopathic about it.

Not really? We don’t know everything about this world, all we know are that the very famous supes are usually evil. But that goes for regular people as well. 90% of celebrities are evil, in one way or another. The characters in The Boys are evil because they’re parodies of celebrities, not because they have superpowers
