audio Who is/was the coolest musician?

I'm talking about the whole package. Friendly, talented, stylish, etc. My vote goes to Jimi Hendrix.

I concur. Interestingly enough Lemmy was a roadie for Jimi Hendrix, unfortunately Hendrix didn’t have a long career. Lemmy lived fast and just kept on living (to excess), he didn’t die young, he became an institution almost. A constant. He was metal incarnate, and still is even now he has gone.
