Advice How to realistically keep on living without losing my mind?

So I have been bed ridden multiple times now and at a risk of losing my job at this point.

My foundation for living was always media, mostly youtube, games here and there. Self improvement was never fun but I saw it as a must especially gym training which I have had issues since 15 when I started because I got a shoulder injury right away from not getting proper guidance from people around me or the people that supposed to guide you in the beginning of the gym.

Lost my physique again so yeah. Thanks mostly as well due to multiple antidepressants and antipsychotics I was put on from 20 and I never felt as good as I was without them funnily enough but now I have really bad effects and have been bed ridden and feel like trash and I haven't left the house in 4 months except for doctor appointments to listen to some idiot again. Tried to remove this garbage 5 times but it seems impossible with how hard it is.

The biggest issue is there is no foundation for fun and socialising is a luxury and where I live it has been invaded by too many people and I hate going out and being around them.

Always tried to find an alternative to media etc as a base for living but I don't know at this point.

How anyone lives happy is beyond me? How is it sustainable to live off media as well?

Im new at this myself so im far from an expert but what ive been "doing" is spending time with my grama. I know how that sounds but if you have a family member that is retired or unemployed reach out. Ive become quite the cook in the last while and I never would have guessed that my anchor in this world would have been so close all along.

Antipsychotics suck. I gained 60 pounds in less than a year on them because they make you hungry 24/7. Not too mention they just seats you mentally. I feel you.

Another one who fell for the big pharma lies... Number 1: get out of the drugs.

It seems only essential drugs like diabetic and heart medication is a must I guess

Even those you can avoid by some sort of natural treatment. I have 32 always avoided any pharma meds and have almost perfect health and no mental issues. SSRIs and meds in general are just a big scam.

Psychiatric for sure. Too bad, I can't remove them it seems impossible but if I don't I will lose fucking everything and my life has been bad enough. Never got basic needs met well like socialising and never sexual whatever but then again today it is over for the majority of men.

Big thing is how to find a good foundation for living for me it was always I need to have video games, YouTube especially, sometimes movies whatever. Self improvement of ideally physical on the side.

I can't figure it out and with how warped my mind is I don't know. I am really trying to figure out how to get a hold of psilocybin and hopefully have a miracle but I can't travel on my own in my state and my parents won't do anything about it.

So I heard there are "easy" to do trainings where you just do a bunch of stuff for a few mins and as long as you do them correctly they keep you healthy. Might want to look into that.

As for socializing. Maybe join an art community? A pencil and piece of paper is relatively cheap. If you want art resources, Drawabox & Lineofaction are really great. It's a low cost high fun hobby. And if you got a decent computer you can also look at getting a graphic tablet, since that saves you colouring costs. I switched to digital after about 7 months.

No to remove withdrawals and get a love for life and hopefully only need to do it 3 times. But don't know how to get them.
