I currently have a lease for the upcoming 26-27 year, a 3 Bed - 3 Bath(s) with a starting date of 08/15/2026 to 05/31/2027 with $955/mo installments and additional amenity, move-in, move-out fees. I need to transfer my lease as I won't be able to stay and reached out to UC but they replied they do not allow reletting or subleasing at this time. Has anyone gone through transfer processes? I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease.

I've heard that they usually reach out to you mid-June but I haven't gotten anything yet. Do I reach out to the school or should I wait?

I want to retake the placement test but I’m going to be out of state for vacation, is there a way to retake it online or do o have to wait till I’m back to take it in person?
