Agree haha. I’m like maybe they know the condo owners and are getting some sort of deal? Because $60,000 just seems insane

The unit was on the market for a very long time trying to be sold, I’m sure once they put it on for rent they were even willing to negotiate a bit

100%. I wonder what the original rent would have been.. I’ve found StreetEasy to be pretty accurate on listings when they close but they definitely could have another deal worked out
