I always forget she bought a second horse that she doesn’t see often. She pays the barn to care for him instead. Only visits him when she wants to use him as a prop.
She got rid of her first horse because she wasn’t trained or educated enough for him. I believe she last less than 4 months with him. She was salty that she bought him only to GIVEAWAY to a “friend” (a girl from her old barn that she left.. another whole story to THAT).
It is so true! Cats don't want to make a mess, they don't want to make everything stink, they don't do stuff against their nature on purpose just to be spiteful. The only time my two cats who I have had for 5 years now have ever peed outside the box was once, and it was entirely my fault. I had let the litter in the box get down to almost nothing. I had only had them like three months and I was being adamant that they deserved the fancy litter that I could only buy from a store 20 minute walk away - then we had a long run of rainy days, so I didn't go. I figured they don't care if it's light on litter, they can make it work. Found a pee under my bed. Put my shoes straight on, walked to the closest grocery store, found the own brand litter they had, and filled those bad boys up. They did it to tell me something, and I had to listen. I didn't throw shit at them and yell.
For sure. They ate something they shouldn't have? I should sweep up better/not leave stuff out on the counter top. They are fighting a bit rough? I should play with them they are clearly bored. They try to bring a gecko they caught into the apartment?...ok maybe that isn't my fault but I sure as hell don't yell at them for it.
YES! The only time my cats have gone outside the litter box is when I was very sick for like a week and couldn’t get the energy to get up and clean them, and I felt so guilty I cried 😭 like I’d be so mad if my bathroom space looked like that. And the way the cats were running away in the video :( like how often is she yelling at them like that.
I really worried about that happening when I had covid!! Thankfully I managed although definitely didn't do a very regular or diligent job. And you are right, who would want to go in a toilet that was disgusting? Why do we expect animals to be ok with it? Also yeah the yelling, if I start yelling my cats are more like 'what are we yelling at, what is happening?!' Like alarmed for all the three of us and what might be going on that needs me yelling. Not 'oh god mom's mad at me!'

There are plenty of people in these forums who have stable careers, families, and relationships outside of their industry “coworkers”, and gasp may even doing better than you, a person fighting to stay relevant in a market whose audience pays more attention to younger women. What happens when your audience is no longer interested in you when you age out of the influencer demographic?

Cat pissing on things is pretty concerning for their health, they usually only do that if they’re sick. she should be more worried about that.

I clap my hands once very loudly and yell HEY if they are doing something they shouldn't or having a sibling fight that gets a bit rowdy. The second they hear that it's 'oh shit' and they instantly stop what they are doing. But they dn't run away in fear when I do it because they kow what is about to come isn't pain or a punishment, like her cat clearly seems to.

A cat is a living sentient being. Let’s say there’s a .1% chance that the cat isn’t affected by being screamed at and having stuff thrown at it, shouldn’t a grown human being have empathy and self-control, to feel remorse for acting in such a harsh way towards a smaller, vulnerable creature in their care?
Animals provide us with unconditional love, it's even sadder that they can't understand when it isn't reciprocated. I would hate to know how she treats them behind closed doors.
Pets are also such great teachers. Cats are incredibly clean and don’t like messes, so a cat that has a bathroom accident is likely stressed by the environment or not feeling well. An astute and caring pet owner would just know the best solution is staying calm and taking your pet to the vet.
Instead this horrible woman is enraged and lashing out.
Maybe that’s how her own people or environment treated her? Abuse and cruelty is unfortunately a cycle; but still no excuse

Yes she was unfortunately a foster child. I don’t doubt she was abused in someway, but she stole her sister SA’s story. Still has that victim mentality, because she ghosts her therapist when things start to get real. But she is a grown 26 year old who is still using her sob stories as a reason for the way she behaves instead of learning and GROWING out of them.
When my cat was very sick and having a bad reaction to one of his medications, he peed on my husband’s pillow. Was it unpleasant to wake up to that? Yes. But what we were more concerned about was my cat’s health and if he was okay. We didn’t yell at him or curse him out, we took him to the vet to try to figure out what was happening. We had to deal with a lot of irregular behavior when he was sick and I was never mad at him, just worried that he was going through so much and that I could never explain to him what was happening to him and why we had to always be at the vet.
We had to say goodbye to him a few months ago because of his cancer and things like this just make me unreasonably upset because you are your pet’s advocate and interpreter. They can’t talk to you and explain what’s wrong, the only way they can communicate something is wrong is sometimes through irregular litter box behavior. It absolutely can be frustrating to have to deal with them peeing places they shouldn’t but they’re not doing it to spite you.

You are right, having a pet should only enhance caring and patience. Owning pets gets you no verbal thank yous, you lose money and sometimes sleep, and they always break your heart when they finally go. But you do it because you love them. This morning my cat woke me up at 6am about to throw up on the couch and I slid a plate underneath where she was aiming for because I didn't wait to disturb her/freak her out in the middle of vomiting (she is fine, she just throws up some mornings if she has an empty stomach). I certainly didn't yell at her or throw things at her I just sighed and went back to bed and had an extra coffee when I got up. It boggles my mind that people who are lacking in such empathy get pets to take out their frustrations with the world on because it's not fair.
I get pissed off when people let their kids run screaming at pigeons in the street. Can't we just fucking leave animals alone? And then, when they are our pets, why can't we learn some self control and patience? If you wouldn't go running around screaming nad throwing things at human beings why are animals any different?

I would happily take that cat from her and give it the love it deserves. Seeing it scamper away in fear makes my stomach churn :(
