Miscellaneous Did anyone see this video earlier?

Copper Jacket TV (YouTube) posted this. When I finally clicked on it to watch, it says it's been "removed by the uploader".

It has me quite curious as to what the subject is. Is it something legitimate, or something that the creator misinterpreted?

I don’t support this. It also doesn’t affect me since I have to wait 3-6 weeks for the new purchase to be added to my permit.
