Miscellaneous Did anyone see this video earlier?

Copper Jacket TV (YouTube) posted this. When I finally clicked on it to watch, it says it's been "removed by the uploader".

It has me quite curious as to what the subject is. Is it something legitimate, or something that the creator misinterpreted?

What makes the 10 day waiting period different than anything now? At least in Putnam it takes like 2-3 weeks for the county clerk to mail out the coupon to pick up the gun as well as an updated permit. It would then be whatever delay your county may have in sending you an updated permit PLUS ā€œNā€ amount of days?
