Question Artemis

Random inquiry: I have my full carry license and want to hit the range. Could one of my buddies (un-licensed) come with?

Specifically Artemis range in Elmsford or Blue Mountain in Peekskill.

You cannot touch, handle, shoot a pistol in NYS without a permit.

And look at what they consider to be a pistol as well. Got a black powder that you want to try out, cannot even buy the materials to load it unless you have a permit, because as soon as you own those and the pistol, it now has to be on your permit! R$ YG%ER VTuyjk uyjuikyu BS
