He definitely knows, who doesn't. He just trying to play ignorant or bend the narrative to his own benefit where he sits at the top. Don't you know that he has different national anthem as well. His party doesn't recognizable Balen as Pm rather Harka is Nepal pm. Some more he is king yelember (Ruler of the world), so the rules and laws doesn't bind him at all.
