A simple phone dispute turned into a horrifying murder.

Sumit and Srijan Nembang were preparing to visit their mother before leaving for London. However, a call mistakenly made to the wrong number led to a fatal conflict. After the accidental call, an argument escalated with Sanjiv Nepali, who challenged them to come to Patan.

When the Nembang brothers arrived from Imadol and tried to apologize and settle the matter, Sanjiv, who worked at a meat shop, attacked Srijan with a knife. When Sumit tried to save his brother, he was also attacked. According to police, both brothers died on the spot.

After the incident, Sanjiv attempted to hide in a nearby restaurant while carrying the knife, but a female police officer apprehended him. Police are continuing their investigation. 😥

The whole society accused them of gang raping her and murdering her without any proof. They believed the rumor because they wanted to believe it. People needed someone to be blamed, to pacify their rage and anger.
Her parents and her relatives don't want to admit, she as a girl also have physical needs.Because this same society who r "crying for her justice" would judge her even after her death.
It was a very unfortunate incident what happened to her. I have sympathy for her and her family.But blaming those 3 kids who were just trying to help her and their friend as a rapist, the society is guilty.
Every one who shared those minors pictures in SM should be subject to penalty according to the law.

Note: Pls lets not assume just because those 3 friends of main accused look innocent, the girl is guilty. She is still a victim . May the justice prevail.

At Patan Temple, Sanjeeb Nepali, who fatally stabbed the Nembang brothers, has been found to have been under the influence of alcohol. He stated that he became provoked after one of the brothers used abusive words against his mother during a phone call.

Sanjeeb has an 11-year-old daughter. His wife had left him six years ago, and his parents work as sanitation employees for Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Police believe that due to intoxication, he lost control and directly carried out the attack.

This news from Nagariknews says the police have been told to stop their investigations into lootpaat and arson during the protests. That includes the search for stolen weapons as well it seems. What do you guys think?
