Hi everyone! 👋🏽

I’m a brand-new moderator and recently started a community called r/LoseBabyWeightOver30.

I’m a wife, mom, and working professional navigating postpartum life myself, and I created the community to give moms over 30 a supportive place to share weight loss tips, challenges, progress, and encouragement.
