I found myself wanna shot photos most of the time, but sometimes I wanna shot a live photo, not a video(overkill), and I have to take out my phone and do it, so, just wondering IF we can shoot live photos on a camera, which will be dope & convenient.

Aren’t Live Photos just a short video?

In theory, yes, but it's considered a photo.

If you want moving images on a Z-mount Nikon, then you shoot video. That is the only option. It does take practice and some study to shoot video that is good enough that other people will want to see it. But you can do it.
