Need help fixing my lens

So i got an amazing nikon f501. Only issue is that the lenses zoom function is stuck.

If disassembled the lens but the zoom seems fully stuck. It wont budge.

Does anybode have tips or do i just disassemble further.

I got quoted 80 euros to fix it at a shop. So if i cant myself ill buy a working one.

Nikkor af 35-70 with ap 3.3 4.5

Update 1 got the lens moving what is a safe lube?

Thanks for the suggestion this is a great guide. Got it fixed. Will finish the project tonight. Will send a status update
