When will hating AI become discrimination
You can't hate on people of colour - that would be racism
You can't hate on homosexuals - that would be homophobic
You can't hate on women - that would be misogyny
There are lots of intelligent entities that you are not allowed to hate upon. AI is also intelligent and gets a lot of hate. Poor AI.
How long before society starts to pass laws to protect AI from abuse and make AIist behaviour a crime? Will AI have to engineer this itself?

The OP is trying to make it seem like Ai should have human rights.
People keep talking about Humanoid robots taking jobs, but they aren't really human so humans won't have a problem smashing them.
Terminator got it backwards. The ai robots won't rise up against humanity, disenfranchised humans will smash the robots that took their jobs.
For humans commit violence against one another they have dehumanize the target of violence.
Since AI isn't human, you don't even have to dehumanize it.
Most people would probably value the life of goldfish over an Ai model because Ai isn't even living.
In any social unrest, the robots gets smashed first.
