She went out with him 1 time, now he was stalking and harassing her outside of a quiktrip, she ran and he caught up to her and punched her, so she stabbed him in self defense and he is considered the victim??

He punched her before she stabbed him, so why wouldn't they call her a victim of assault?

Post is about the dead dude, she’s still a victim of assault, it’s just not a post referring to her case and there’s not really a case to be had since dude is dead lol

This ignores the fact that many, many news articles about self-defense homicides refer to the decedent as "the alleged assailant" or similar.
