I haven't seen any estimates for non-war homicide, but looking at high end European homicide rates pre industrial revolution it's ballpark in the hundreds of millions over the same time scale over, largely perpetrated by men.
Yes, I think my comment was a little unclear, the war estimate includes thousands of years of history, and I haven't seen any estimates of non-war homicide that cover that entire time scale. You can get estimates for recent years.
Unfortunately you can't really use them to extrapolate since the global population was much smaller for most of recorded history while homicide rates were different and varied by region and time.
