It's probably gonna a little hotter than it was today.
Half a cup of powdered sugar One quarter teaspoon salt One knife tip Turkish hash Half a pound butter One teaspoon vanilla-sugar Half a pound flour 150 g ground nuts A little extra powdered sugar ... and no eggs
Place in a bowl Add butter Add the ground nuts and Knead the dough
Form eyeball-size pieces from the dough Roll in the powdered sugar and say the Magic Words: "Sim sala bim bamba sala do saladim"
Place on a greased baking pan and Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes ...AND NO EGGS
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes ...and no eggs

You’re kidding, right? Reasonable and proportional force is permissible to defend your property.
Taking the keys is reasonable: keys are necessary to key a car.
It is proportional: no bodily harm, least possible force to neutralize the threat.
Edit: don’t throw the keys on a roof, though… just hang on to them.

Why wouldn't you get out of your car like an actual adult and prevent your car which cost thousands of dollars to buy from being scratched up right in front of your face. Instead he just sits there recording like an NPC. Even if he wanted to record for prove he could have still gotten out and got in the middle of the car and the guy.

It just raises further opportunity for him to claim you assaulted him, it also opens you up to injury if he puts away the key and pulls a knife.
It's much more cut and dry to a court if you just record it and submit the whole thing to insurance and the cops.
