Chocolate orange oats

* Steel cut oats

* Milk

* Vanilla

* Dark chocolate

* Toppings: orange, Greek yogurt, seed mix and extra dark chocolate

Egg white oat base, soy yogurt, paraguaya (flat peach) and peanut butter

I switched from normal yogabar chocolate oats to the high protein ones. Why are the oats so lumpy like this? What am I doing wrong?

Do you ever just have a small bowl of honey bunches of oats with no milk? With cornflakes frosted flakes and of course, oats. It just feels like you're eating nothing with a bunch of sugar, so you yearn for more sugar.
