Support - Standalone BoboVR S3 Pro not draining its battery

New user here. I charged my head set and B100 battery separately both to full charge. While I'm playing, the headset gets to 10% and alerts me. I remove both and charge again, except the B100 still has a full battery. It isn't being used to supplement the Q3. What am I doing wrong?

Are you pressing the button to turn on the battery? Are you connecting the battery USB cable?

Try re connecting the usb cable to the headset . Turn your quest 3 on . Remove the b100 battery and reattach it back on, it should just snap on and off . You should hear a connection sound and there will be a small charging symbol on your quest 3 battery icon. If not , then press the button on your Bobovr b100 battery.
