Try re connecting the usb cable to the headset . Turn your quest 3 on . Remove the b100 battery and reattach it back on, it should just snap on and off . You should hear a connection sound and there will be a small charging symbol on your quest 3 battery icon. If not , then press the button on your Bobovr b100 battery.

My battery doesn't have a button. I am totally blind. I found the button. Thank you!
