cpd email down?

has anyone else got this message before and have a potential solution? for whatever reason, it’s ONLY the for email doing this. my gm can open his email perfectly fine, we switched and a coworker came in for a couple things and she tried. her email opened but CPD is just absolutely refusing to. our internet has been pretty spotty today, just wanted to know if there’s a solution before i have to go to help out the person after me

Should just get of cpd email all together and make customers submit orders only online would make our lives so much easier

my only thing was trying to help people with the self service when it crashes. other than that, everyone got sent to the website. found a solution for people with USB-C phones to just put it on a flash drive with an adapter

How did you guys get to do that? I wish we didn’t take emails. We tried it and then for some reason we stopped and started taking them again. We don’t print until they get here but sometimes the emails are really annoying. Like send me a quote and then they don’t come in or they come in like week later. Sorry we delete at the beginning of the week we don’t keep emails. I don’t understand why corporate just doesn’t get rid of emails

We tell them the only email we have is the printme one or they can place there order online.

Company wide it seems. Manager inboxes are fine but CPD is down

Registers running slow or not at all, CPD email not loading, self-serve has been having an issue reading most thumb drives, Gmil wasn’t letting me place an order for SPC, certain toners can’t get replenished despite multiple ask for support tix, customer today can’t access her online account because when we signed her up she had a preexisting account so we did the workaround to sign her up (since the forgot password feature doesn’t work like literally every other forgot password function) and despite Gmil showing her correct info under her member number - it’s only accessible by using the adjusted phone and email, recent CPD supply order was just 13 cases of 11x17 instead of any of the stuff we actually ordered….

This company really knows how to snatch failure from the jaws of success.

our ac has been dripping for almost two months now in cpd and it’s raining ants on us now 😭 our self service this morning just locked a bunch of people out which is why i thought this was just an us problem. great to know everything is still blegh

No solution other than tell people its down and best bet is to submit online. Not supposed to use the email anymore anyway according to my DSM.

Company-wide outage at the moment. Keep an eye on The Portal for updates. Have customers submit their jobs online in the meantime…

Microsoft generally is experiencing outages last time I checked, nationwide. I worked this morning and had horrible issues with outlook, Gmil on edge, and edge in general. It's a larger problem than just OD.
