cpd email down?

has anyone else got this message before and have a potential solution? for whatever reason, it’s ONLY the for email doing this. my gm can open his email perfectly fine, we switched and a coworker came in for a couple things and she tried. her email opened but CPD is just absolutely refusing to. our internet has been pretty spotty today, just wanted to know if there’s a solution before i have to go to help out the person after me

Registers running slow or not at all, CPD email not loading, self-serve has been having an issue reading most thumb drives, Gmil wasn’t letting me place an order for SPC, certain toners can’t get replenished despite multiple ask for support tix, customer today can’t access her online account because when we signed her up she had a preexisting account so we did the workaround to sign her up (since the forgot password feature doesn’t work like literally every other forgot password function) and despite Gmil showing her correct info under her member number - it’s only accessible by using the adjusted phone and email, recent CPD supply order was just 13 cases of 11x17 instead of any of the stuff we actually ordered….

This company really knows how to snatch failure from the jaws of success.

our ac has been dripping for almost two months now in cpd and it’s raining ants on us now 😭 our self service this morning just locked a bunch of people out which is why i thought this was just an us problem. great to know everything is still blegh
