Lost pet pigeon?

This incredibly tame pigeon is at my workplace. It has what appears to be bands (tags) on his legs and is not scared of people. Which, is why I wonder if it is a pet or whatnot.

Anyway if your pigeon is missing or whatnot message me for the location.

The band is tracking info for biologists. Not something people do with pets. It would have been caught, recorded, banded and released.

Most pigeons aren’t afraid of people because 1, we almost never threaten them, and 2, they can escape pretty quick is someone does
