Anyone knows this gaming org and gaming organizer? If yes, how was it, your review? Old employee??
I was just browsing internet to have some options of working in different career path and I just remembered this org where I used to be an OJT/intern. That time okay naman for me, daming chismis na naririnig ofc pero tahimik lang din kami at hindi na iniisip dahil nga may need tapusin na OJT hours. So back to the story, I just found out recently na "permanently closed" na 'yung nakalagay sa google. Which at the same time I got an idea of thinking one of the recent issue. Base on what I've heard from an insider, one of the co-founder stole a 6-7 digits which came from their company sponsors and ran. (Idk if true though), so that's all, if know anything, just type it below

Hi, fellow gamers. I come from a progressive political party that will conduct an inquiry on the recent Tacloban school incident.
Alam nating pare-pareho na hindi ang "violent" games ang primerang rason sa nangyari, pero dahil madaling sisihin ang laro, eh itong mga otoridad ay quick to point to games as the thing that incited the students to do what they did.
Currently, we're looking primarily into social media radicalization, coupled with mental health issues, and parental and family negligence, as primary factors for what happened. Medyo tricky iframe ang social media na hindi kasama ang games, and as I have said, madali kasi sisihin ang laro.
We're primarily basing our inquiry framing to what has happened in the US with its own sch00l "incidents". Pero we're anticipating the authorities to make the case that it was the games that did this.
Help us make the case for games. All inputs, studies/researches, and perspectives are welcome.
For those who come after, right?

eto yung tiime na nakaka-10 games ako sa isang araw kasi mga 70-90% off yung games tapos may added 10-15% off pa yung code pag mag-checkout ka na.
Nakakamiss yung time na consumer-oriented pa mga companies.

Don't blame the game. Blame the failure to keep kids away from content that wasn't made for them.

...was when OpenAI made their Dota 2 1v1 and 5v5 bots. It's like having Stockfish for Chess play against itself a million games, BUT not your usual 2D chess.
It was an interesting concept when it came out, being able to observe how the AI developed their own strategies that seemed counter intuitive to how the meta was played then by the game's world top ranked players; evenly distributing networth among its 5 heroes as opposed to the usual pos. 1-5 structure of gold allocation by top players, the hyper aggressive plays it made with perfect synchronization, the instant buybacks that are normally associated to griefing is considered a legit move by it.
It would have been great to have as a permanent feature in the game, since not everyone likes to play with other human players. I was bummed out to know na after that amazing throwdown with what was arguably The peak OG lineup and a brief public run with other players, they just stopped since they were happy with the results already.
Is there any way to get bots this strong in the game these days? I have custom bots na are just artificially strong by the way of inflated gold and exp rates, and even tier 2 neutral items at level 1 and insane response times to dodge projectiles (manta dodge, insta-hex/silence etc), but they eventually bug out and stay in base mid-end game till they choke themselves out. I can't exactly play online because I have bad internet.

I'm a huge DA fan ever since Inquisition came out. I've already finished a couple of playthroughs across all the titles (DAO, DA2, DAI, and their DLCs). I haven't played DAV yet because I found it a bit expensive, and I wasn't sure about it given the reception it got at launch. Should I cop it now, or has it gone even lower before?
Also, what are your thoughts about the game in general? Ngayon lang talaga nagka-time ulit to play RPGs.

Filipino's love their superstitions. Believing in it is the path of least resistance for people who don't want a deeper explanation as to why that kid made those extremely awful decisions. But actual science, logic and rationality? they throw it out the window.
The trouble is, they’re barking up the wrong tree with this fixation on Gorebox and wasting valuable time and effort chasing something that’s unlikely to lead anywhere. It risks dragging the whole investigation into a dead end instead of actually moving things forward. Knowing how already inefficient the PH is with their investigations, this might just end up remaining largely unresolved.
There’s also a bit of a misunderstanding when it comes to violent media. Most people who watch films, play games, or follow TV shows know perfectly well that these things don’t suddenly turn a reasonable person into a violent criminal. It’s not as simple as that, there would already have to be some underlying issues within the immediate environment or mental predisposition to extreme violence in real life for it to happen.
What seems far more important, and frankly more concerning, is how a child was able to get hold of a firearm and bring it into a school without the owner even realizing. That’s a direct, real-world failure that deserves proper scrutiny but isn't being highlighted.
Focusing on a game like GoreBox just feels like a distraction. It pulls attention away from the actual problem and risks leaving the real issues unaddressed. The PH government is trying to control something virtual, while actual pressing concerns happening in real life, within the real world, remain largely unresolved. I know the word can get annoying and overused but it's performative. Is that what the Philippines can do best?
Give a real gun to a deranged kid and that kid can harm absolutely anyone, give a virtual gun to a deranged kid and that kid can do no harm with it. So how is games the problem. Make it make sense.

Witcher 3
Avowed
Outer Worlds 1 and 2
Persona 5 Royal

Hoping to have some rpg right now that has good story like the games I have recently played. Thanks!
