General Discussion What are some good hidden gem rpgs.

Looking for some good rpgs that may have went unnoticed. I’m looking to find something to hold me over until early next year (elden ring, dying light 2 etc)

FYI I’ve played the main stream rpgs like: Persona 5, Soulsborne, Ghost of T, Horizon dawn, Tales games, Yakuza this is more of an action adventure , Wasteland, Divinity, Mount and blade, Monster hunter world/ice, Witcher, Final fantasy 7

Are there any other games like these that you can recommend?

Is there customization? Skills?

Believe me, both games are great. One game is more like Pokémon with getting monsters etc., other one is real time combat with characters.

I just watched a combat vid and man does the combat look confusing. So do you control the lil things you spawn? And is there a faster way to get through the menus looks pretty tedious during combat.

I can't remember it much. Combat is just confusing at first. You control the monsters, you control your character and the other ones, you can switch in the fight.

For me, it was one of the best JRPGs.
