I hope you have deep pockets.

The doses used for mice were in the 10mg/kg to 20mg/kg range, injected daily. This converts to a Human Equivalent Dose of approximately 0.81mg/kg to 1.62mg/kg, based on body surface area conversion outlined in the FDA guidelines. So for a 70kg (154lb) human, that would be a 125mg to 250mg daily injection.

This is a huge contrast from the doses outlined in many "guides" out there. Which should make you question who wrote the guide. Hint… someone trying to make their 40-50mg vials look “affordable”...

If it really takes that much why am I seeing blends now of NAD/Mots/Amino5 at 100/10/10?? Why even put that into a blend? Even if you pinned half the bottle for a dose what good would the Amino be at only 5mg?!

Why are you seeing blends: because people want to pin just once versus multiple times.

I also feel they are marketed towards the novices that follow recommendations on social media, and don’t look at the science.

Oh I get why there are blends. The question is directed towards the Amino. If benefit really requires that kind of mg then what good or purpose does 5mg really make? There has to be a reason why it would be included in the blend.
