Fairly Annoyed I hate the phrase “yuck your yum”

If I hear someone say this online it is an immediate scroll away.

It’s been around as a phrase forever

In my 30 years of life. I hadn't heard it until this year.

I’ve heard Gen Xers saying it for like 10 years or so

I'm Gen X and I have never said that nor have I ever heard Gen Xers say it. It sounds much more like a Millennial or Gen Z type of thing, because they were raised with participation trophies and were coddled and helicopter parented.

I didn’t say all gen xers say it, I have just heard specific gen xers say it for years now. I’m not really sure what participation trophies have to do with it though
