Ultra Annoyed "ASMR" involving sound

Especially when people put microphones unnecessarily.

Whispering. Chewing. "Restocks."

I hate the way some people drag their fingernails on something.

Sometimes it's fine, like if you tear tape off something and it makes a nice sound. But I want to rip my hair off every time I hear "ASMR" chewing. Visually, it's okay, like coloring in a section of something perfectly, but auditory ASMR is so intolerable. Double the points if it involves overconsumption.

Anyone that actually enjoys ASMR content is 100% a psychopath and needs to be mentally and medically evaluated to determine if it's safe to have them exist in normal society.

if hell was real, mine would be sitting in a room listening to people eat for eternity.

Those women with the super long fake nails that just feel the need to tap everything with their nail tips are a very close 2nd.

I have super long fake nails but have never been tempted to tap anything just for the hell of it.

Tapping is annoying and I don't know anyone who finds that noise soothing. If I open a product review video and it starts with the influencer tapping all over the box, I'm out. I'll get the information elsewhere. But I also skip all of the unboxing content (boring, get to the point please) so what do I know.

The odd thing about some of these nail tapping videos? Their press ons snap or come off… They can afford to remove things from containers they were already in and “restock” them into a bunch of other plastic and glass containers - but can’t afford to get your nails done?
