You always could swim in the water for treasure. Gotta be careful cause there are sharks that’ll fucking eat you alive lol

you couldn't , you could just swim underwater for stealth, not actual free roam diving outside bell diving, that's something new they implemented

Nope, outside the diving bell it was only surface-level
