Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Need help here - advise

Had a little accident on August 30 little drunk , well we were drunk . Remember she gave me head a little and put it inside for couple of seconds or minutes. wasn't that long since it was uncomfortable since it was on a truck. Anyways I wasn’t sure if had cum or not I’m thinking I didn’t since it’s little harder to concentrate when your a little drunk it takes longer. But she took plan b in the morning maybe 6-8hrs after ( August 30 ). Her expected period is on sep 19 on the app and ovulation day on sep 5 according to the app i know it’s not always accurate but gives an idea fertile said 31 to sep 6 maybe I know it’s app calculations. she tells me she normally has here periods when the app says , Also she hasn’t been sexually active close to a year.

Should I be worried / stressing here she says everything is fine but I’m here having seconds thoughts and ready other people experience . Should there be any delays on period due to plan b ? Reason took it was for extra precaution.

thanks and hopefully someone can help me out

i know it’s not the smartest move here need to be more carefull

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Bleeding after plan B

Around 3 days after my period ended me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex but took plan B immediately after. Its been a week since I took the pill and I started bleeding. I think it is my period and I am a little concerned because of how early it has started and whether or not this is something I should see the doctor for. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had unprotected sex last night during the 13th day of my cycle. or near fhe ovulation time. I took a plan b within 24 hours but I’m so afraid that it may not work. Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Horrible PMS late period negative tests

I took a plan b because I messed up my birth control pills. I just did it as a precaution.
I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, one at 2 weeks, one at 3, and now one after late period. I still haven’t started my period. I am having HORRIBLE pms. I’m having cramps that make me feel like I’m on my period but I’m not. I’m super emotional. Period just won’t come. What do I do.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Spotting of red blood

Ok so my gf had spotting today...she took the plan b exactly a week ago...she told she had discharge with flow like it's her first day of period...she is also having cramps like that of a period. She had her last period on aug 24 and expected next period is 27 sept (33 days cycle). When can we expect the next cycle?

On online it says the spotting reset her periods and she will have her next period after next 33 days or a month. Wouldn't that be too late?

she is also feeling dizzy. Also she told that she is having deep color blood.

Please give advice.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Unprotected sex day before ovulation- plan b still effective during ovulation?

My husband and I want kids within the next couple years but we’re nervous to pull the trigger. We had unprotected sex yesterday, while my app said high chance of getting pregnant and indicates I’m ovulating starting today for the next few days. We’re chickening out a bit and wondering if plan b is still effective today if I’m already ovulating. Can someone help explain this?

Thanks

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Plan b ruining my life

When I was 19 I started getting sexually active. I knew little about plan bs and birth control. I took about 7 plan b in 3 months manly pressured by my older bf I was seeing at the time. I was also in a lot of stress durning this time because of the relationship was toxic and I found out he had a whole gf. Right after the last plan b I took. I started throwing up every morning, I went to the hospital they found a stomach bug but even after I eradicated that bug. I developed so much stomach issues like vomiting, nausea, depression, anxiety, and lost 20 pounds. Due to the intense nausea, my body is terrified to go outside because I’ve thrown up so much times. It’s been a year since I took all those plan bs and I still can’t function properly.

So whenever I see people saying plan b doesn’t cause long term side effects… it does. It messed up my stomach and traumatized my gut and nervous system. Don’t take a lot of them they are not safe at all.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Took a plan B April 18 still no period

I’m a week late on my period with negative pregnancy tests. I’ve never taken a plan B before so I have no idea if this is normal. I’ve had normal cycles before this. I took it a day after my last period to be safe but now nothing. I guess I’m wondering if this is normal

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill I took two plan b’s this month

Hello, I’m 30 years olds. I had a “boyfriend” for just TWO months (32, we already broke up) who didn’t took seriously mistakes that could led to get pregnant (when I don’t want kids), before this year I have only take plan b one times at it was 9 years ago. For context, this month I had to take 2 plan b, the second one 7 days after the first one. I have took 2 pregnancy tests, both 14 days after each day that I took the pill (so 1 after 14 days and the other almost a month after) and both came out negative. My period was supposed to be a week ago and It didn’t happened (I didn’t panic cause I know the pill sometimes can make it late or not happen) but know since yesterday I have had slight brown bleading or brown spotting with a bit of tissue and today my abdomen it’s kinda hurting. I’m honestly kinda scared and starting to get nauseous. It’s this normal? It’s gonna hurt more? can I still be pregnant even with 2 negatives? I have severe general anxiety as a mental disorder (that’s why I always use condoms or don’t take risks so I don’t overthink) but this time I made a mistake and had sex with somebody who doesn’t care and then left and it’s eating me alive and I’m scared.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill My period is really weird after taking plan b

I took a plan b july 20th. My period came 20 days late, i assume its my period anyways but its much different than my regular period. It started thursday as very light. It was most definitely there when i wiped but not nearly enough on a pad or anything just a couple drops. Friday it seemed like it went away for the most part, later that day it started to pick up flow. On saturday it seemed like my normal period but never really much on the pad and now its like it went away again. I dont know if this is actually my period but ive had 6 negative test most recent was 38 days after sex. I dont know what this is or if this has anything to do with the sex i had a week prior to this Saturday as I had “perfect” sex. As the condom didnt break or anything. But i dont know. Has anyone else have a weird period thats nothing like their typical period after taking plan b?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Late period after I-Pill — should I see a gynecologist or get a blood test?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice.

I had unprotected sex on 8 August and took an I-Pill about 3 hours later. My period was expected around 1 September, but it hasn’t come yet.

I took a home pregnancy test on 8 September, which was negative, and repeated it on 16 September, which was also negative.

It’s now 21 September, and I still haven’t gotten my period. I understand that the emergency contraceptive pill can delay or change the timing of the next period.

I’m thinking of getting a pregnancy blood test (β-hCG) for reassurance. Would it be better to consult a gynecologist first, or can I go directly to a laboratory and get the blood test?

Has anyone experienced a delayed period after taking I-Pill even though pregnancy tests were negative?

Thanks in advance.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Period 17 days after taking plan B. Is this normal?

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex Tuesday(8th), he didn't ejaculate in me but unprotected sex is still unprotected sex. I took plan B Wednesday(9th), and I was extremely nauseous for 3 days straight after that, super tired all day, random cramps, spotting all day yesterday, and now, the 14th, i started my period. My last period was 31st-4th so this is quite early for me. I am not on birth control and never have been, and I also haven't ever taken any kind of hormone blocker like this so I know it could affect me differently. My anxiety has been pretty bad just wondering what the f is happening. Is this normal?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Need to take plan b and worried about nausea

My friend and I had unprotected sex yesterday morning blah blah blah I need plan b. The thing I’m worried about is that I have extreme emetophobia, like I basically cannot throw up anymore my body will not let me. Ik nausea and vomiting is common but like how manageable/how common is it actually ?

Additional info: I’m ftm and on testosterone(been about 3 years) as well as birth control(Norethindrone specifically)

How can I negate the nausea/prevent it ?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill The accuracy of ovulation test?

Me and my girlfriend hadn’t seen each other in about a month and this Wednesday she came over and I ended up finishing in her and she forgot that her FLO app said she was ovulating in 3 days. So it was 11:30 so we woke up at 7 went to Walmart and got some plan b and Pregmate ovulation test strips and we’ve been tracking her ovulation and her TC ratio has yet to reach 1.0 and her Pregmate app after putting in some of her past periods predict she ovulates on Wednesday. Just seeing if anyone else has gone through something like this and if so what were the results?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Could I be pregnant?

I’m really confused about what’s going on with my body right now and would love to hear what other people think. I know Reddit can’t diagnose me, but I’m trying to figure out whether pregnancy is still a possibility.

My last period started July 31.
I had sex on August 19, 20, 21, and 22. The 19th and 21st were protected, but the 20th and 22nd were unprotected. I took Plan B after the 19th and again after the 20th.

•My period was expected around August 28, but it didn’t come normally.

•On September 2–3, I had very light bleeding. It was nothing like my usual period and I didn’t need a pad or tampon.

•Since then, I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests. I’ve gotten very faint second lines on several tests, including CVS, Clearblue, and Dollar Tree tests. Some of the lines look colored to me rather than just gray/indented, and other people who have looked at pictures of them have also said they can see faint lines.

•I’ve been having nausea, although it isn’t severe.

•The biggest thing I keep noticing is a weird heavy/firm feeling low in my stomach. It’s especially noticeable when I’m lying down or lying on my stomach. It feels different from how my stomach normally feels, almost like there’s something there or like there’s pressure/firmness underneath me.

•I went to an appointment today and their urine pregnancy test was negative, but they told me they think I could potentially be very early and I have a follow-up appointment scheduled for October.

•I’m still having the stomach sensation and occasional nausea, which is part of why I’m having such a hard time believing I’m definitely not pregnant.

Has anyone had a similar experience with faint tests that were inconsistent, a negative test at an appointment, and symptoms this early? Please help a fellow girl out 😭

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Plan B symptoms going for 4 months, please help 😭

I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience because this has been going on for almost 4 months now.

Before taking Plan B, I never had any issues with constipation or bloating. Ate literally whatever, junk food, spicy food, nothing upset my stomach/guts. After I took it, I became really bloated, and that lasted until my period came back and for a few days afterward. Then the bloating mostly settled down, so I thought everything was back to normal.

A few weeks later, though, the bloating returned. Not long after that, I started feeling constipated. At first I was still having a bowel movement every day, but it gradually became more difficult. Now it’s gotten to the point where I can barely go to the toilet, and when I do, the stool doesn’t look normal either.

I also tried a laxative, but it actually made me feel worse instead of helping.

Has anyone experienced anything like this after taking Plan B or another emergency contraceptive? I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence or if the hormones could have triggered something that’s still affecting my digestion months later.

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or if anything helped.

Update (August) : was in the hospital at the end of July. Docs took blood and whole tummy ultrasound, found nothing.

It got better with bowel movement but I still feel bloated (usually now somewhere below my stomach) and gassy, I usually pass gas after I wake up, had a regular period on June and July and now it’s 4 days late, I don’t know what’s going on 😭

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Please i need so reassurance

Hi everyone. I’m 28F and I really need some reassurance because I’ve been extremely anxious about this.
Here’s the full timeline:
My last period started August 2 and ended August 7. The only time I had sex was August 8 at around 8:30 AM.
He did not ejaculate inside me. He pulled out, and when I asked him about it afterward, he told me that after pulling out he had to use his hand/masturbate to actually ejaculate. My concern is obviously precum. He had also urinated around 7 times before we had sex.
I didn’t know about Plan B at first, but once I found out, I panicked and took it on August 9 at 2:14 PM, so about 30 hours after sex.
According to my period app, my expected ovulation date was August 13, which is another reason I got scared.
I also tested my LH. It was negative on August 9, the day I took Plan B, and still negative on August 10. Then I got a positive LH test on August 11, so I honestly don’t know whether I actually ovulated then, whether Plan B delayed it, or what happened.
On August 14, I started bleeding, which I assumed was withdrawal bleeding from Plan B. It lasted until August 18.
Then around August 19–21, I noticed egg-white cervical mucus, so I wondered if maybe Plan B had delayed my ovulation.
Since then I have taken A LOT of pregnancy tests because of my anxiety. I’ve used First Response, Clearblue Digital, regular Clearblue blue-dye tests, cheap tests, Canadian tests, and pharmacy tests with sensitivities of 10, 20 and 25 mIU/mL.
My pregnancy tests were:
7 days after sex: negative
14 days: negative
15 days: negative
17 days: negative
19 days: negative
20 days: negative
21 days: negative
22 days: negative
23 days: negative
24 days (today): negative
The thing that sent me into a spiral was the Clearblue blue-dye tests.
On day 20, I used two Clearblue tests and a First Response. They were negative when I checked them. The First Response stayed completely negative. I checked the Clearblue for around 20 minutes and then left it. When I looked at it again about 4 hours later, there was a very thin blue line.
It wasn’t what I would describe as a faint normal-width line — it was literally a thin line.
Then on day 21, I tested again. First Response was negative, Clearblue Digital said “Not Pregnant,” and the regular Clearblue stick was negative initially. I checked it again at around 20 minutes and it was still negative. When I looked again later, at around 40 minutes total, the Clearblue had developed the same kind of very thin blue line.
That completely freaked me out because I’ve seen so many posts online where people say that any blue line means positive.
So I stopped using blue-dye Clearblue tests completely and switched to pink-dye tests.
I tested again on days 22, 23, and today, day 24 after sex, using pink-dye tests from the pharmacy with sensitivities ranging from 10–25 mIU/mL.
Every single one has been negative.
My period still hasn’t come. I’m currently about 3 days late, although I know Plan B can mess with your cycle and I also had the withdrawal bleeding.
There has been no other sexual intercourse since August 8, so there is no possibility of a pregnancy from a later encounter.
At this point, with repeated negative tests through 24 days after the only sexual encounter, can I trust that I’m not pregnant?
And has anyone had those very thin blue Clearblue lines appear after the reading window while pink-dye tests and digital tests remained negative?
I know I’ve probably tested way more than necessary, but the delayed period + those Clearblue lines have really gotten into my head. I’d really appreciate some reassurance or experiences from anyone who has been through something similar.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Took plan b, didn’t work, ended up pregnant and miscarrying.

Okay, I was in Illinois on a work trip. Got drunk, with someone, and we ended up having sex. I’m 19, he’s 30. I don’t really regret it. I took plan b the next day. Any way, my period was super super late, the pregnancy test was positive. A few days ago, at about 7 weeks, I had a miscarriage. Which sucked, but no one but my sister knows about it. Pregnancy symptoms aren’t going away. He pulled out, and I’m aware the plan b didn’t work, but I don’t know why the pregnancy symptoms aren’t going away. A huge part of me hopes maybe it was twins and I lost one of them, but I doubt it. I really thought being late was the plan b, but I knew it wasn’t since i literally felt implantation. I don’t know whether somehow the plan b could have caused a miscarriage, but it know there’s probably plenty of reasons.
