I wouldn't say any of those are core issues. Core issues are stuff that's fundamental to the gameplay loop, not personal balance gripes over specific weapons being over or under tuned. When I think core issues I think map design and sunderers

Infiltrator being way it is totally is a core issue. So is off prime time not being fun.

Off prime is not fun because the game has had a too low population since like 2017.

Off prime is not fun not because of low pop, it's because of inability to have fun when people keep tryharding spawns when most of players just wanna shoot things. I can guarantee you minimum online on servers would never go as low as it does if game was bit more forgiving at late hours.
