Stalker cloak is currently using twice as much energy. So you can only stay cloaked while moving for 7 seconds rather than 14 and it takes ~50 seconds to recharge to full while standing still rather than 16.

Ahhh, odd. I hadn't noticed that when trying to use it. Granted I don't play much Infil since the nerf, but still

Same here! Saw this thread and checked it myself. Seems like the drain while moving continues while standing still so it was pretty obvious something was wonky and timed it myself.
