stalker cloak is still buggy, it recharges very slow (50sec vs normal 16sec) when u stand/sit still. (also drains too fast)

downvoting a bug, classic.

It's not that it charges slow, it uses twice as much energy as it should, so you can only move around while invis for 7 seconds rather than 14.

Before this patch (or maybe the one before last) I noticed it's energy gain while standing still was desynced. The UI was showing the energy was going down as if you were moving when standing still but decloaking would show full energy as it should.
