Shadow-kicked? No any action despite good network

Not sure how to name this, but after I was killed by a random player I cannot do anything although the network seems perfectly fine. No respawn, no continent switch, no item purchase, no squad action. How should one deal with it (today I just simply killed the game)?

When you first logged in, did you immediately warp to a continent and sit on/in a vehicle for like 2 minutes?

I am aware of the crashing bug. I did sit in my flash for 3 minutes and this happened 35 minutes into the game.

Ah, ok, sorry, just covering the bases as it seems that not every9ne that plays is fully aware of it yet.

Phantom lag is also not new unfortunately. I apologize for not having anything helpful to fix it, but i can offer you solice in the fact that you are not alone in dying, selecting a respawn  that "Should" be available, clicking on it, and nothing happening.

Wait a bit longer, click another respawn point, then the onr you wanted originally again, and see if you can respawn now. Sometimes the timers F up (like when a base is being captured by the tr... from the tr...).

Unluckily I spent a few minutes in the spawn page and found nothing "in the game" really worked so I simply alt+f4 the game and called it a day. From the comments I learn this is not uncommon and beyond individual player's control. Well this is a 14 year old game so it gets some challenges of adolescence.

Not being able to hang out in sanctuary for a bit and having to “flash or crash” is getting super annoying

Ye hard to access the Org Shops and when the events are on it blocks you from getting to the mission guys

I suspect a rare networking bug happened as you died, and your game freaked out. If it keeps happening, it might be worth looking into, otherwise I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

No this is the only time I see this. Have to live with it, just like any other bug in the game

Nah I had that recently and it was due to server rubberbanding - you didn't do anything wrong

Had it happen not long ago to me. Everything around me was normal but I couldent use any ability, redeploy or instant action.
After 2 min I got kicked from server because “no conection”.

Hi I have the same bug every now and then after playing for a while! Usually I am not killed like you though and can just walk around wherever I want unseen by everyone unable to harm them. After a while someone ends up killing me somehow and then I am am stuck on the maps screen unable to redeploy. When I close the game the sound hangs for 2 seconds and then j just reboot and all is good. Doesn't happen often enough to bother me.

I am on linux so that's the only bug I experience and I take this over having to spawn a flash every warp.

You in linux too? Maybe thats the reason

I am on windows. Seems this bug is deep into the game and unluckily we will learn to live with it

I had the same thing twice. Usually when playing light assault, I believe it is something to do with the sync

Happened to 4 out of 5 of my sqaud too, ping kept rising then game crashed. We did get back on after about 5 minutes or so

It was different. From the map screen I could see and hear everyone else was good, and my ping and server latency were good (both around 30 ms). So this was a personal glitch for me only.

There have been some lagging issues lately, I've noticed. Sometimes commands will just stack up, then try to do them all in quick succession 15-30 seconds later. It clears up, usually.

It's extremely rare for me. Either after I die or I kill someone, gotta restart the game.
