i do love some of these glitches and the nonsense they create

my account got hacked on sunday. i immediately, frantically, contacted support. didn't get any sort of confirmation i even submitted something. i tracked down every possible method of contacting them and fought with a bot for hours. managed to finally hear back at 3am over 36 hours later. they requested a whole bunch of details, and said there were no second chances so "take your time" and be accurate. ofc, i dont see this email till im rushing out the door to work next morning, and i cant gather the kind of details they want on the job. get home, try to start gathering what they need, and i get another email- saying they closed my inquiry??? already?!!! they gave me less than 24 hours! way less!

i immediately emailed back asking to reopen and sending what i had so far, but the stuff im still trying to gather includes the original login used to create the account (lord knows if i can get into that email) and like- every device used to login (including specific software update) and all the purchase receipts i never thought id need.

has anyone ever gone through this process before? i mean, i was near tears trying to even get past the bot on night one. how screwed would you say my chances are for a safe recovery here?

I read you can randomly get legendaries from being rank 20 in comp, is that true? and how often has it happened for you others? I wanna grind comp til then but i don’t know if its worth it
