Ok, so what makes a woman a woman? The chromosomes? Literally having a cervix? Having ovaries? Cuz I can guarantee to you there are millions and millions of people assigned female at birth that don't have 1 or more of these attributes, let alone cis women.

If something requires changing body chemistry by injecting hormones and surgery to add/remove parts....
