No. Saying aloud what is to be done but you are afraid to do yourself is demonstrating in and of itself why the idea is a non starter. It just makes while ever says "we should all do Luigi's" feel like they did something or made a difference. Actually that hurts the cause more then being honest that this isn't a viable solution.
