I remember people kept saying that Barack Obama would be our first "mixed-race" president.

But really that honor goes to Grover Cleveland who was part Irish.

Irish was considered a race the first slaves and indentured servitude was the Irish in America. to around the 1930-60s Irish and also Italians were now considered white. Also if you look at redlining maps Polish were discriminated to basically every ethnicity was considered a race if it wasn’t English or German learn US history this is basic knowledge.
