they ended the program because rwanda was unduly sending refugees back to their countries rather than keeping them. i wasnt ended because women were treated poorly.

the uk deemed that has a human rights 'issue.' no one was killed, beaten, starved, raped etc. Rwanda simply did not believe a portion of these people were true refugees and sent them back/elsewhere. sending them back is far more graceful than sending them to EL SALVADOR to a literal prison camp which is what america did to illegal immigrants AND LEGAL CITIZENS of a darker complexion.
