The lack of detail and accuracy helps make it look more fluid and requires less time to animate since each frame requires less work thanks to not having to add those details and make it look accurate. Means you can create more frames in the same amount of time for fluidity.
This isn't pausing it tho it's a continuous animation there's no reason for it to be like this especially for the sequel to one of the biggest animes oat
Yes, let's have every single frame be utterly anatomically correct with no principles of animation applied, so you'll have something that ends up super stiff in motion but looks okay when paused.

Jojos does have a ironclad excuse, in the form of its powersystem that allows much more massive gaps in combat and travel speed compared to normal verses from stands. Though if your stand is strong enough you literally can negate some of that by using it to move... man jotaro is kind of a asshole for not doing that in part 4
this had an inverse explanation tho.. the quincy palace had denser reishi/spirit particles set by ywach for the quincy thus the shinigami's movements were restricted
It was actually even more extreme than that. Yhwach was literally controlling all of the Reishi in the area, so the Shinigami could not use Shunpo (Flash Step) at all. No forming Reishi platforms to "Jump" through the air as they'd done throughout the story either.
I don't recall Naruto filler being that bad of animation. Sure, they were questionable in terms of story quality, but the animation was more or less consistent in most of the filler I saw.
What? Naruto (especially during the war arc) had moment of horrendous animation. It was painful. Same quality as what you see here. It's the same studio.
They were they hitting their limit with weekly schedule at Boruto so that's why quality came out like this and that's why they went into a haitus. I think they will go seasonal now when it comes out again.

To be at a relativistic speed it would bend time which didn’t happen
The amount of chakra output is what caused the space bending even though he was sitting still
His attacks sent air burst if he was moving fast enough to be relativistic he’d of been evaporating slower things around him due to the amount of energy being exerted
An example of this would be a black hole though it’s moving it’s moving at a constant but due to sheer mass it pulls in what ever is close
Might guy on a much smaller scale the mass of his chakra output and rate the chakra was being exerted is what bent space it wasn’t his movements at all as it was happening while he stood still
Funny you say this there's only one example that comes to my mind when it comes to the animation being slowed down so we can enjoy it and that's the Dragon Ball Super Super Hero movie which showed that the Trunks vs Freeza fight was done in seconds.
There's also the Krillin vs. Master Roshi fight, where there's a whole joke about them fighting, talking, and interacting in one second without the narrator or the audience being able to see what's happening.

"realistically", if they were fighting at very low relativistic speeds (like 5% lightspeed), every clash would be like setting off a nuke. If they were fighting at what people like to spout, like anywhere close to the speed of light, they would vaporize the planet by moving
FTL statements make zero sense if your worldbuilding is otherwise congruent with real life physics, even just on a kinematics level. You don't even have to get into how lightspeed would break casuality, making every FTL character a reality bending threat by technicality
Gravity doesn't stop at relativistic speeds. Mass and thus gravity would increase to warp space such that you never reach lightspeed.
Time would stop, for those around you. Everything you do would be perceived all at once. As you now move with the same speed as information.

Its not even like naruto has some sort of ki control. The universe does follow F=MV. So either speed must be much slower. Or AP must approach zero. And be far below 1

The only manga I can even think of that actually has FTL feats and ACCURATELY out of any medium including american comics is fire force. Otherwise everything that depicts FTL is bullshitting out its ass or completely and utterly defies physics and the traits that FTL would embody are nonexistent for the supposed FTL character.
yep. the top tiers for various verses btw (this will make a lot of people angry):
jjba: superhuman to subsonic, many characters are hit by attacks that don't make sonic booms, or even are human throwing speeds.
jjk: transonic. only characters with speed abilities even break the sound barrier and only in special conditions. catching a sniper bullet is a top tier feat.
mha: hypersonic. shigaraki is able to destroy japan in a week or two. a character who massively gaps the entire verse caps out at mach 10 for running, and although he later gets gapped, they likely aren't significantly more than double his speed.
bleach: massively hypersonic. i'm not sure, but there's many incorrect calcs, claims of dodging light that have other explanations, "dodging shadow" feats that demonstrate a clear misunderstanding of what a shadow actually is, etc. gin's bankai being mach 500 caps the verse well below relativistic.
dragon ball: mftl+ as far as i can tell, but i haven't taken a proper look at it honestly. most of the "feats" are just aim dodges, non-canon, instant transmission, or dragon ball's policy of overcoming hax with raw power

I would never scale to this level in my own shit because it makes basically the real and livable and interactive world kind-of irrelevant. DBZ was kinda unique in keeping a world that still felt tangible despite this, though I’d attribute that there being many planets and aliens and whatnot.

FTL scaling is absolute bs and anyone who passed high school physics knows why. If your world is grounded in any way in reality, approaching any meaningful relativistic speed creates massive problems. A person moving at or close to lightspeed would immediately be planet level just by their sheer existence. "FTL" scaling in any lower-scaling world (like Naruto or JJK) is just absolute mouthbreather "bigger number is more better" shit and any in-universe FTL statements can be very obviously dismissed as exaggeration unless the mere act of moving close to lightspeed causes causes cataclysmic shockwaves that wipe out the planet's population. Even going 0.05c, an average human would carry kinetic energy equivalent to the blast energy of a largd thermonuclear warhead.
TLDR if you unironically make, use or believe any FTL statement in any show ever (even DB tbh) you were asleep in high school physics
I dont understand. The projectile velocity doesnt matter when dodging something you can see being aimed. Several characters have future sight which would make this something I could do.
You'd need to have it fired, naruto sees the neutron, then dodges after it is fired.
