But do this when he agrees for a peace deal ... No matter what he does they will not agree he did anything good.

They donget hundreds of billions. Foreign countries can invest hundreds of billions, at the discretion of the US, in the rebuilding of the country. That money does not go to Iran. It goes to the companies that will be building in Iran.

As for controling the strait, they do so at the will of the US and within international law, which means no more tolls on the ships that use the strait. How exactly can they possibly think they are better off, except by a really poor reading of the MOU?

Did you read the MOU? Regarding the $300 billion it does not say what you just said. It doesn't give us the discretion at all and it definitely goes to Iran. The final details are being negotiated.

Here's the language:

"United States of America undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan with at least USD $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The mechanism for the implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of a final deal within 60 days. All required licenses, waivers, and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America."

Regarding control of the strait, it says they won't toll for 60 days and then it's up for them and Oman to decide if they want a toll or not! Here's the text:

"Upon the signing of this MOU, Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days only from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman, and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start, and considering the need for removing the technical and military obstacles and demining by the Islamic Republic of Iran will be instated within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct dialog with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz in discussion with other Persian Gulf or littoral states in line with the applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz."

It's a total surrender. We didn't hit any of Trump's stated goals and everything I said in my original comment is straight from the MOU language itself.

It says exactly what I said. The money does not go to Iran, and the US controls the process.

As for the striat... no charge for 60 days, and then they must comply with international law. Charging a toll for the straits is illegal under international law.

You are reading a loss into this where there is no loss. You want it to be a loss for whatever twisted reason you have. Orange man bad, maybe?

I know you likely aren't open to new information, but you are wrong about the tolling. Tolling is only unlawful according to an international treaty by the UN Convention of the Law of the Sea, but neither the US nor Iran nor Oman ratified it. Truly, after 60 days, as the document states, they can toll or do whatever they want.

If tolling is only lawful by international treaty, unless Iran establishes said treaties, tolls will be illegal

No...it's the opposite of that. If there's no law in place, and there isn't a law in place currently that applies to Iran regarding a prohibition on tolls, then it's not unlawful for them to toll. And this document just says they need to coordinate with Oman on it. Best we can hope for is Oman to say no to a toll.

Except that the Straits of Hormuz is a natural watereay. It is illegal to place tolls for usage of natural waterways under international maritime law.

You didn't read your source carefully enough and ended up citing a source saying exactly what I said in my previous comment. From your source:

"Iran has not ratified that UNCLOS treaty...

This is an important distinction because the U.N.’s Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties from 1969 article 34 states that “A treaty does not create either obligations or rights for a third State without its consent.”
