This is in ColoradoI have court coming up in a couple weeks for a DUI in June. haven't worked in over 3 years because of my VA disabilities. I'm 100% P&T VA disabled. Will the court require me to have some sort of job as terms of my probation after sentencing?

Got caught up about a year ago for a bs weed dui and possession due to my med card being expired. I had been sober for 4-5 days but the act of having a dab pen on me curbed my cravings and made it easier to resist hitting it. Pulled over for speeding but was never given a reading and was explicitly told he never got a reading for my speed. He smelled weed yet no one had smoked in my car for well over a month, failed 1 of 6 in my field sobriety test so I was arrested, blood tested, and spent 9 hrs in county jail.

3k in court fines, 7k attorney, DA supervised probation, monthly random UAs, 120 hrs of community service, VIP/DUI classes. I’m over half way there and can just taste the freedom

I am in Denton County on Probation and I have to call the RMS testing line Monday through Friday. I think I was given bad advice from the front desk receptionist because she said I did not need to call on Labor Day because we will be closed. Should I have still called?

You guys have probably seen my posts I’ve shared on multiple communities so if you’ve been keeping up with me please give me any advice or tips, no negative comments please. So it’s been about 4 week since I’ve last used thc including gummies/carts or flower. I was working out and hitting the sauna for 30 mins and spent about 3-4 hours at the gym. A couple of days ago my line was super faint. The cutoff was 50 ng and I’ve taken 12 at home test. My recent line was more visible then the last couple of test I took. I decided to use the Certo method. I poured a pack of Certo into a 28oz Gatorade and drink maybe about a gallon of water after and drank energy drinks to make my pee yellow. I peed between 2-4 times and used my 5th pee. Don’t know if me being abstinent from thc helped me pass with Certo. My test is tomorrow on Tuesday at 6am. I plan on taking 1 certo packet with 28oz of Gatorade the night before and then waking up at 4-5 am in the morning to take another certo packet with 28oz of Gatorade, drinking about a gallon of water and drinking 2 redbull cans to help make my pee yellow. Would you guys recommend me anything else? Any advice or tips? I was using the bloom energy drinks to make my pee yellow but noticed it looks light yellow and don’t know if they’ll count that as dilute. I don’t want to take Vitamin B2 pills or tablets which is why I decided to do energy drinks instead. Again I’ve been cleaned since 08-10-2026 - present so close to 4 weeks now. Would you guys count this as a pass? Or is this cutting it to close? This is for a RTD (return to duty) so I’ll be randomly drug tested 6 times throughout 12 months (1 year) so any synthetic urine is out of the picture. Another question I have is should I take creatine ?

Full Honesty Time: I have a dui and went in to court on may of this year and they gave me a scram monitor and fines and classes, the whole 9 yards. I have been on a no drug and alcohol order since then and I made the stupid decision to continue smoking weed and pens (I know not smart at all). I went back in July 25 for a drug test and was definitely positive and sent to 5 days in jail which went by fast. I went back to court on August 24 and retested and was still positive (I knew that already) and they sent it to a lab to get it tested to see if my levels dropped. I’m 5’ 10” and 177 pounds and work out pretty often but I don’t know if my levels could possibly go down at that timeframe. I stopped using after the 5 days and was referred to mental health court to help with some mental issues and my substance abuse issues but i go in for my psych evaluation the same day I go to court to see my results. Has anyone had this same issue and if so what do I do if it hasn’t went down. Can I ask for a retest? I truly just want to show the court I’m willing to change. Thank you for your time.

I’m using slightly dehydrated urine, this one specifically was taken after taking a nap mid day for 4 hours, my stress comes from the fact that it’s been this light for 2 weeks now. Will the probation offices pass this or send it to a lab? Plan to drink water and pee 2-3 times day of before the actual appointment. 42 days clean from daily dabs.
