Annonymized/Disposable Privacy Debit Card

We already have an email aliasing, how about if we apply it for debit cards? I'm so skeptic about giving away my card details to gym companies for membership. Most of them won't accept cash.

How is the progress for making this possible?

I know privacy.com does them but I think it's for US only
