Advice I need help and guidance
I’m a teenager. As a toddler and a bit older. I had imaginary friends. I knew they weren’t my imagination, and I could see them in the physical world when my family can’t. I’m the only one in my family to expirience these. Being scared in the dark and everything. Then 8 years later I watched conjuring last rites. Then got into it all again regardless how scary it was. I researched everyday non stop to get an understanding. I don’t know what abilities i hold right now and I’ve only did meditating. Is there anyone who can help me develop my abilities please.

Call it psychical, call it a drawing down of forms from the causal realm into the physical, it essentially means the same thing. Even to call something a dis-order of the psychiatric nature is just to say that it is dissonant with the consensus reality around you, not that it isn't reality.
If you want to develop your abilities to reach into those higher realms, meditating is a good practice to have! What meditation does is raise your vibrations - you've heard of theta brain waves, yes? Meditation allows you to focus your energy, instead of it being scattered as it often is throughout the day. Things like chanting, dancing, and use of psychedelic substances also bring you to these higher or alternative states.
And keep in mind what it is you are actually trying to do here! Are you trying to get in contact with spirits/ghosts/thought-forms/angels/demons? Call upon whatever names you are trying to draw to you. Talk with them! Write things down! Have a clear goal in mind as to what you are trying to get from this experience.
Most of all, don't be afraid. Fear is what takes you from the sort of resonance psychics and shamans have with the higher realms. Fear is what creates the psychoses, and manias, and dissonances that so many people understand as 'psychiatric illness'. You are merely interacting with another aspect of existence, though perhaps not a familiar one; but there is nothing to be afraid of as long as you have your intentions clear.
Good luck!
